Before we start with the slightly complex changes, try restarting your device. Also, try using a Gmail account or logging in with a different account. You can also try creating a new Google account to bypass this issue.

1. Clear the Google Play Store cache

  1. Open the Android Settings, scroll down and go to Apps.apps
  2. Tap on Google Play Store.
  3. Now, select Storage.storage

  5. Once done, head back to the previous screen, and then tap on Force stop.force stop
  6. Finally, relaunch the Google Play Store and try downloading the app.

2. Factory reset the device

  1. In the phone Settings, go to General management.general management
  2. Tap on Reset.
