Microsoft and Sony have been in a console war since day one, but that seems to be coming to a slow end with Microsoft planning to bring almost all Xbox games to PlayStation.
Speaking of which, another game will make its way to PlayStation, and this time, it’s Minecraft.
Minecraft to finally make its way to PlayStation 5
Minecraft has been available for PS4 for a while, but we never saw a PS5 version. The reason for this was revealed during the legal battle that Microsoft had with Activision Blizzard.
During the hearing, Microsoft was accused of not releasing a PS5 version of Minecraft, but Xbox’s Phil Spencer responded that this was because Sony didn’t provide dev kits to Microsoft.

This comes after users on the PS5 subreddit found title IDs for the PS5 version of the Minecraft on PSN backend. Unfortunately, we don’t have any official confirmation from Microsoft or Sony, so be sure to stay tuned to keep up with the latest news.
Speaking of Xbox games, it seems that Xbox ports are dominating PlayStation charts, and we can’t wait to see Minecraft available among other Xbox hits.
